Mr Tay Ket An joined Adamas Marine as Managing Director on 1 July 2026. He leads the company’s overall direction and growth, with oversight of its commercial, operational and corporate functions. He works closely with the senior management team to set priorities, strengthen performance and build long-term value for customers and partners, bringing a hands-on, practical leadership style. 

He brings more than 2 decades of shipping experience across chartering, operations, marine personnel management, and projects. This gives him a clear view of how the commercial side of the business connects with the realities of running a fleet at sea.
